We’re excited to offer international shipping! Here’s a breakdown of our shipping policies to various destinations:
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
When shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout based on product weight and destination.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada will also be calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination. Please note that orders to Canada may be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt.
Shipping to the Rest of the World
We do offer shipping to select international destinations.
Shipping Timelines
- Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
- International shipments generally arrive within 5-12 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please note that, due to current circumstances, some orders may take longer to arrive. We appreciate your patience as we work through delays with our shipping partners.
Damaged and Defective Returns
Please refer to our warranty policy and reach out to our customer service team for assistance. Our goal is to get you back up and gaming!
Order Cancellation / Pre-order Cancellation
Our logistics teams are working hard to quickly process and ship all orders. If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, we will do our best to accommodate, but please note that stopping an order once it’s been picked for shipment is not possible.
Pre-orders
For certain products that are not yet available for shipment, we offer pre-orders. These will be clearly marked on the product page with an estimated ship date. We will do everything we can to meet this timeframe and will provide updates if necessary.
