The warranty for the unit covers a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. It applies to unmodified units bought from an authorized retailer. For a list of authorized retailers, please refer to the appropriate resources.

This warranty covers defects that prevent the assembly of the cabinet or impact the gameplay experience. It does not cover cosmetic damage caused by the user, issues resulting from modifications, or damage caused by anything other than standard use.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our product. Our trained team is available to assist with troubleshooting, provide replacement or missing parts, and help you get back to gaming as quickly as possible. If we are unable to resolve the issue through troubleshooting or replacement parts under the 90-day warranty, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement unit.

Please note that there is no extended warranty available. Our warranty covers the unit for 90 days from the date of purchase. For extended warranties, you must contact the retailer from which the extended warranty was purchased.
